For distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers and B2B service companies, wherever you sell: one city, one country, several countries, or online. We map every market that uses your product, find the organizations that use it in volume, check each one against public sources, and score how easy they are to approach. Resellers and competitors are left out.
A Buyer Map works when organizations, not individual shoppers, use what you sell. These are guides, not hard rules; the free preview is the quickest test.
If we don't think a map would find enough buyers, we tell you before you pay for research. If the free preview can't confirm enough buyers automatically, we research it by hand and email you within one business day.
What drives demand for your product, the regulations that require it, competitor prices buyers compare you against, and which markets are open, partly open, or locked behind tenders and group contracts.
Every organization with its segment, location, estimated volume, why it uses your product, how it buys, the contact point and the link we found it on. Sorted by how easy it is to win, with columns for your team to track status.
The handful of plays most likely to produce early orders: which segments to call first, which associations reach many buyers at once, and which tender portals to register on.
An example row from a sample map for a spill-kit maker. Organization and contact are illustrative.
| Ease | Organization | Volume | Why they buy | How they buy | Why this score |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9 | Regional LTL carrier, 140 tractors Fraser Valley, BC | High | A spill kit in every cab, restocked after each use | Safety lead buys direct on a company card | Family-owned, reachable buyer, no tender, close to your warehouse |
| 5 | Municipal public works yard Lower Mainland, BC | High | Yards, depots and road crews | Public tender above the purchasing threshold | Large volume, but slow to win; register for the next tender |
The spreadsheet adds phone, email or vendor portal, any publicly listed buyer, the procurement route in full, the source link, the date we checked each lead, and a Fit column for your team to mark.
Every lead starts at 5 and moves up or down for the things that decide whether a new supplier can get an order. The reason is written next to every score.
A two-page excerpt for a fictional maker of commercial spill kits: summary, market map, twelve scored leads and the scoring method. The product and figures are invented, and organization names and contacts are redacted, so you see the format without anyone's real data.
Prices in Canadian dollars, plus tax where it applies. Clients anywhere.

From public sources: each organization's own website, business directories, government and association listings, and procurement portals. Every lead in the spreadsheet carries the link we found it on. We do not buy email lists or scrape personal profiles.
You get the business contact point for every lead: main line, general or purchasing email, or vendor portal. Where an organization publicly lists a person in a purchasing, operations or safety role, we include them. We leave a field blank rather than guess.
Yes. Tell us who to exclude when you order. By default we exclude companies that resell your category, so the list is buyers who use the product themselves.
You do. We record where each contact was published, which helps you follow the anti-spam rules where your leads are, such as CASL in Canada, CAN-SPAM in the US and GDPR in Europe. If you want help writing the first message, ask on the call.
Anything sold business to business in repeat quantities: consumables, safety and first aid supplies, packaging, cleaning and janitorial, parts, equipment and services. If we don't think a map would find enough buyers, we tell you before you pay for research.
That's normal sales: not every organization will reply or switch suppliers. A Buyer Map tells you who uses your product, how they buy and how easy they are to approach; your outreach does the selling. We don't promise replies, meetings or sales.
If a lead was closed, a duplicate, on your exclusion list or a reseller you asked us to leave out at the time we delivered it, tell us within 14 days and we replace it with a new lead of similar fit. Leads are replaced, not refunded. Details are in the terms.
Yes, less card processing fees (about 3%), if you cancel before research starts. Research starts when you have sent your brief and accepted our scope confirmation email. After that the fee is non-refundable because the work is done for you alone. If we fail to deliver what you bought, we deliver it or refund the undelivered part.

Yes. We use what you tell us only to do your research, we don't share your map with anyone else, and our samples never use a client's data.
