Where local sites lose the enquiry

We have looked at a lot of Lower Mainland small-business sites. The same four things cost the most work:

• No price signal anywhere. A visitor who cannot tell whether you are $500 or $5,000 leaves to find someone who will say. A range is not a discount — it is a filter that stops you quoting people who were never going to buy.
• Contact hidden behind a form. A form with eight fields and no reply time is a worse offer than a phone number. Ask for the least you need to reply usefully.
• No answer to ‘do you serve my area’. Naming the places you actually work does two jobs: it reassures the reader and it is the single clearest local signal a search engine can read.
• Nothing that works at 11pm. Most enquiries are written outside business hours. A booking link or an instant quote converts the moment someone is ready; a callback promise converts whoever is still interested tomorrow.

How the work runs

You deal with the person building the thing. No account manager, no junior, no handover.

1. A conversation. What your customers do before they buy, and where they drop out. Usually twenty minutes.
2. A free concept. We design the page and show it to you before you pay anything. If it is not right, you have lost nothing.
3. A flat quote. One number, agreed up front. Not an hourly rate that grows.
4. Build and launch. Most sites go live within a week or two of kickoff.
5. After. Copy changes and small fixes are quick, because the person who built it is the person you message.

Areas we serve

We are based in Langley and most of our local work is within half an hour of it: Langley City and the Township, Surrey, Abbotsford, Cloverdale, Aldergrove, Maple Ridge and the wider Lower Mainland. The work happens over video and email either way, so clients outside BC get the same process — several of ours are.

Why a studio that ships its own products

Most web studios have never had to live with what they built. We have eighteen apps in public and we run them — the crashes, the App Store rejections, the support email, the week where a payment webhook silently fails. That changes what you get: we build for the version of your business that exists in a year, not the one in the mockup.

It also means the work is checkable. You can download what we have made and judge it before you hire us, which is a reasonable thing to want and rare to be offered.

Getting started

The first conversation is twenty minutes and free, and you leave it with a concept whether or not you hire us. We will need to know what you sell, who buys it, and what happens today when someone decides they want it — that last one is usually where the work is.
