I missed a week. Did I lose my progress?

No. Nothing resets and nothing is lost. Open the journey again and you'll be offered three options — continue where you left off, skip to today, or start over. All three are fine, and the app doesn't count the gap.

Can anyone read my journal?

No. Your journal, prayers and reflections are restricted to your own account by a rule the database enforces on every request, with no administrator override. That also means we cannot recover your writing if you delete it — the two go together.

The voice reading Scripture sounds robotic.

Your phone is using its basic built-in voice. Apple offers far more natural ones as a free download: Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → English, then pick one marked Enhanced or Premium. Reopen Daily Pasture and it will use it automatically — no update needed.

How do I delete my account?

Profile → Delete your account. It removes your account and everything in it, and the app tells you exactly what will go before you confirm. It cannot be undone.

What costs money?

Reading the Bible is free and always will be — all five translations, all 66 books, search, and the daily devotional. A subscription adds the study assistant, unlimited journeys you build yourself, and removes advertising.

I was charged and want a refund.

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Use Apple's Report a Problem page with the Apple ID that made the purchase. We have no way to issue a refund on Apple's behalf.
